I keep hearing about a credit card which gives double frequent flier miles, but have not been able to find it. Can you help please? Also any other mileage offers which result in extra miles?

Dear Ron,

The card that I am currently aware of offering double miles on all purchases is the American Express Sky Miles card, www.americanexpress.com/delta. In addition you can get up to 20,000 miles as a sign up bonus.
