From: Patrick
Subject: Best Charge Card

Hi. What is the best charge card to rack points up on? I heard it was Visa. In fact, I heard that NASA uses Visa for a lot of their purchases for the purpose of acquiring points. Thanks.

Patrick,

My suggestion is American Express or the Diner Club card. These cards allow more flexibility in how you can use your points. Most Visa cards are affiliated with only one air-carrier, thereby restricting your use of the miles. One point to consider is that American Express and the Diner Club card, although widely accepted, are not as commonly accepted as Visa.

All the best,
Joel
