Subject: TWA Reward Miles

Is there a credit card that offers airline discounts with TWA? They fit into my travel plans the best, but I haven't seen anything to earn TWA miles or discounts.

Dear Bryan,

The card you're looking for is the TWA Aviators MasterCard or Visa card, offered by MBNA American Bank (MBNA) for TWA (800-523-7666). This card offers some excellent benefits: as a sign-up bonus, you will receive 5,000 miles; additionally, for every dollar you spend using the card, you will earn one bonus Aviator mile (Gold card members earn 1.5 Aviator miles). This includes purchases for TWA tickets and purchases anywhere MasterCard or Visa is accepted, including, restaurants, the grocery store, or your favorite department store.

The card offers a 6.9% APR on balances that you transfer from higher-rate credit cards. In addition, the card provides a number of benefits and services including $150,000 travel insurance, savings on rental car coverage, and purchase protection as a Gold card member. Moreover, as a Gold card member you can earn a one-day pass to the TWA Ambassadors Club. The maximum number of Aviator miles you can earn in a calendar year is 80,000 for the Gold card and 50,000 for the Classic card. Overall this looks like a great way to rack up those Aviator miles.

All the best!
Joel
