Date: Jul 15 1999 From: Terry Ohl To: Penny Pincher Subject: Unwilling to Assist Dear Penny Pincher, I travel alot, but all to often I call and airline and get a representative who seems unwilling to assist me. What should I do? Sometimes I wish I could fire the bum. -- Terry Hi Terry. It does happen. When this is the case I recommend that you hang up and call back. With hundreds of representative answering the phone at any given time, you are bound to get a representative who is willing to work with you to meet your needs. -- Joel
