Dear Joel,

We recently received a VISA credit card solicitation offering a VISA card with no annual fee, a low interest rate, offering frequent flier miles on any airline with no blackout dates. My wife threw it out and I cannot remember the bank offering this new program and I can't find the offer on the internet. Do you know which bank may be offering this new card?

Hi Ken,

At the present time I have not heard of such an offering. I am still researching this issue because it is something that I think a lot of readers are interested in. One VISA card that offers Air Travel but not air miles that are transferable to airlines frequent flyer programs is the VISA Signature card (1st USA Bank, 888-467-5011).

I will keep looking; let me know if you find out what the offering was.
